My favorite movie line comes from "The Adventures of Buckaroo Bonzai": "Remember - no matter where you go, there you are!!!" And here I am -- trying to make sense out of all this high-tech stuff. Twenty years ago, I was typing on an electric typewriter, using carbon paper and white out. Now it's digital "everything," almost. I try to keep up, but it seems to be getting more and more ahead of me. I'm worried that if I can't keep up, I'll get old. Don't get me wrong. I AM old. I just don't want to FEEL old. So I'll give it a shot. I got an ipod shuffle for Christmas and really love that. I have all sorts of music on it from classical to country & western. Incredible little thing!! I love to read, do my crafts, and especially love movies. So don't be too surprised if I have a lot of movie reviews. It's my favorite pastime. And so here is where you'll find me. Ready to read your words and share your lifetime events. So enjoy where you are in life. I know I am. We're here for a reason. There's much to learn and much to enjoy. Look all around. Soak in all you see. Smile at the little things. It's all waiting for you to experience it. And remember, no matter where you go -- there you are!! God Bless. | Photos | Aug 19, 2007 |

A local movie reviewer said this: By GARY COGILL / WFAA-TV Sweeney Todd is a thrilling piece of film-making and the best film ever directed by Tim Burton. Johnny Depp just about jumps off the screen as the demon barber of Fleet Street, an odd... more |
